Terms and conditions of purchase and delivery

The contract is concluded with AVIVA Betriebs GmbH (company register no. 473352g).

In order to keep your order costs as low as possible, you have the option of paying for the vouchers directly by credit card or online bank transfer (free of charge) in order to receive them directly by e-mail in your mailbox, or to receive the vouchers within Austria ‘cash on delivery’ by post. It is also possible to pay by bank transfer / prepayment, but the vouchers will only be dispatched as soon as payment has been received in the account.

Only persons over the age of 18 are authorised to make purchases in our Internet shop.

Prices and products

1. The vouchers purchased or ordered cannot be redeemed in cash. If the consumption is less than the value of the voucher, you will receive a further credit note from the hotel.
2. The invoice with proof of tax can only be issued at the time the service is actually provided, i.e. when the voucher is redeemed (VAT Act).
3. No liability is accepted for late delivery by post.
4. The voucher is only valid once the amount due has been paid in full.
5. All vouchers are valid for 1 year and must be redeemed within this period.

All prices quoted do not include VAT, as the voucher itself is a 100% credit note. Only the actual bill at the hotel is taken into account
